Refund & Cancellation Policy

To maintain our high standards and fair pricing for all customers, we have established a specific policy regarding damages and cancellations. 1. Damage Reporting (48-Hour Window)

We provide a strict 48-hour window for reporting any damages or defects. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package immediately. If the item is found to be defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Reports made after this 48-hour period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched from our facility. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partners and a tracking ID has been generated, we are unable to process a cancellation. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via our Contact Page.

3. Return Eligibility

Because we deal with specialized home organization and lifestyle products, we generally do not accept returns for “change of mind” or personal preference once the item has been delivered in good condition. Returns or replacements are exclusively reserved for items that arrive damaged or incorrect, provided they are reported within the required timeframe. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

4. Refund Timeline

Once a damage claim is verified and the return is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time to reflect the balance in your account as per our Terms & Conditions.

5. Replacements
